I truly wish I did not have to write a bad review, but I am running out of options. I have been a loyal customer and shopping here for a long time with zero issues, which makes this experience incredibly disappointing.

I placed an order on September 23rd, 2026, and it has now been a full month and I still have not received my waist beads. I have tried reaching out multiple times via email and Instagram to get an update, but I have not received a single response. I am deeply disappointed by the lack of communication and the delay.

These are the waist beads I have been looking for! Other waist beads I have tried have had too big beads or felt plastic and cheap. These waist beads are lightweight and look and feel luxurious. Will definitely purchase again.

I normally don’t gravitate towards the color red but I instantly saw these and fell in love. They looked even better in person and stood out a lot more than the beads I already when worn. Always great quality and inclusive sizing for plus size people like me.
