Shipping/Return Policy

Due to the handmade and tedious nature of our work the processing times are as stated below.

7-14 business days ( traditional and ready made waist beads and products)

7-21 business days (made to order waist beads)

Up to 28 business days (custom orders)

Please note that products can and usually will be processed much faster than the time periods stated above, and during sales and holidays it may take just a little longer (3-5 business days). Business days exclude the weekends and holidays. 

Shipping time USPS First Class

USA (1-3 business days)

Canada (7-21 business days) 

International (7-21 business days) 

No returns or exchanges in general. 

If items are received in a damaged state or the wrong item is shipped we will happily exchange it. Please email waistbeadsbyfatou@yahoo.com in this case. There will be no shipping fee to ship it back.

We are not responsible for products that read delivered on the USPS tracking information or products that were misdelivered due to lack of correct or complete address. A claim can be filed with the United States Postal Service.

If your package is returned to us due to incomplete or incorrect address there will be a re shipping fee to ship it again.
